Application Management (1-Year Contract)


Job Description

Application Support

  • Take ownership of customer reporting issues and manage problems through resolution
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams or external vendors
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers within agreed time limits
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time and ensure all issues are properly logged
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their application/systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
  • Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals

2. Vendor Management

  • Manage vendor's contract and SLA


  • Experience and in-depth understanding in technology lifecycle management for sustainability
  • Excellent ability to problem solve along with solid analytical skills, understanding of business process and system optimization
  • Ability to work with pressure
  • Excellent communication and Negotiation skill
  • Must possess exceptional leadership, mentoring and coaching skills
  • Good business understanding, able to identify business problems

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in any related fields
  • Experience in application management in a technology company
