Job Description

  • The business operations is encouraged to anticipate and identify business process issues, provide solutions, work collaboratively with others to tackle issues, drive projects. The role requires carrying out business analytical skills to perform day-to-day activities. We require candidates who thrive in a stress filled, fast paced environment. Professionals in this position have strong communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills and conflict resolution skills. 
  • Develops and designs an efficient process to deliver consistent, accurate, and timely operations and strategic reports to key stakeholders  
  • Establishes and maintains training and operating manuals, operating manuals to form the basic foundation of the surety operation  
  • Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise to ensure all systems operate smoothly and align with our quality standards  
  • Responsible for resolving and replying queries. Managing incoming customer service queries. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions or alternatives within the time limits   
  • Identify and assess customer needs, feedback and share them to relevant teams to achieve customer delight   
  • Ensure to meet SLAs set for queries via all relevant communication channels   
  • Works with business implementation and IT teams to develop and enhance our in-house systems to improve the products and system  
  • Documenting procedures for third-party monitoring  
  • Develops and maintains dashboards, works with IT to provide reporting support  
  • Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management  
  • Work closely with legal and safety departments to make sure activities remain compliant

Education and Experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration, or a related field is required  
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in customer service role (preferably: app solution process)   
  • Experience in using models and analysis with a variety of tools, strong Excel skills, Tableau is a plus
